A few things to know
Does my client need an account?
No. A live review link gives access to published versions and comments. Formal decisions require verification of the designated approver’s email; a forwarded link alone does not grant approval authority.
What can I upload?
PNG and JPEG images. PDF, video and editable design files are not supported in this release. Upload and storage limits are enforced in the workspace.
What happens when I publish a revision?
Existing live review links open the new current version. Clients can still view published history. Comments and approvals remain on their original version.
Is there a paid plan?
See our Free, Pro and Custom plans. Everyone receives Pro with a 100% discount until 1 February 2027 at 00:00 UTC. Free Pro early access continues afterward until paid billing is ready. No card, automatic charge or automatic downgrade. Paid subscriptions are not available yet.
