The service, explained

Terms of Use

A small, self-service tool for design feedback and version-specific approval.

Draft policy · updated 9 October 2026. A Funtoolio service. Terms are being prepared for preview use; required launch disclosures remain under preparation. Mandatory rights remain applicable.

1. About the service

Do Approve Me helps designers share images, collect comments and record review decisions. These draft terms cover designers and guest reviewers. The service is intended for adults able to enter into an agreement and using it for lawful professional purposes. The operator uses the Funtoolio brand; operator and contact disclosures will be completed before public launch. Shared Funtoolio sign-in is a separate service. Its account terms do not automatically replace these product terms or establish a guest reviewer’s agreement.

2. Self-service and very limited support

To keep the service affordable, Do Approve Me is provided on a virtually unsupported, self-service basis. There is no dedicated help desk, live chat, onboarding, service-level agreement or guaranteed response or resolution time. Routine assistance and feature requests may receive no individual reply.

Security reports, privacy requests, legal notices and mandatory obligations are separate from optional product support. Limited support does not remove rights or obligations that applicable law makes mandatory.

3. Accounts and review links

Use your own authorized Google account and protect access to it. You are responsible for the projects you create and links you share. A live review link can be forwarded and gives its holder access to published versions and feedback. Publishing a revision makes it available through existing live links. Revoke a link if it should no longer be used.

Guest display names are self-entered. Email verification establishes access to a mailbox at verification time, not someone’s legal identity, role or authority to bind a business. Do not impersonate another person or claim authority you do not have.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in uploaded work. You must have permission to upload it, share it with reviewers and include any personal information. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to store, process, display and deliver your content to operate the service. No ownership transfer is implied.

Do not upload highly sensitive personal information, credentials, regulated records or material requiring certified handling. Keep your own originals and independent records; this service is not your sole archive or backup.

5. Prohibited conduct

6. Suspension and removal

Administrators may, at their reasonable discretion, restrict access, revoke links, suspend accounts or remove content when they reasonably suspect prohibited conduct, a security threat, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Immediate action may be necessary to protect people, data or the service; advance notice is not always possible.

Where reasonably feasible and legally appropriate, the operator will explain the action and provide a way to request review. Decisions remain subject to applicable law. Removal does not transfer ownership of your content, and access to removed content cannot be guaranteed.

7. What an approval means

An approval refers to the exact recorded version, not future revisions. A reviewer may request changes or withdraw approval, with earlier decisions retained in history. Approval does not automatically resolve comments.

Do Approve Me is not a legally certified electronic-signature service, identity-verification provider, escrow service or payment guarantee. It does not determine contractual acceptance, copyright ownership, payment obligations or the legal effect of a decision. Those matters depend on your agreements and applicable law.

8. Availability, files and limits

Features, quotas and availability may change. Uploads and previews can fail, and downtime, processing errors or data loss are possible. Screen previews are not certified print proofs or color-accurate production guarantees. Check important deliverables independently.

There is no real-money checkout in this preview. Any future paid offering must state its price, billing, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. This draft does not create a subscription.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. To the extent legally permitted, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from interruptions, inaccurate user statements or reliance on review records.

Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. A jurisdiction-specific liability provision and governing-law clause must be reviewed before launch; no jurisdiction is selected in this draft.

10. Voluntary product feedback

You keep ownership of your feedback. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, copy, adapt and incorporate your voluntarily submitted product feedback into products and services, including commercial improvements, without payment or attribution. This permission is intended to continue for the duration of the relevant rights and, to the extent permitted by law, cannot be withdrawn after submission. Submitting feedback gives you no ownership in resulting products and creates no promise of a reply, implementation or delivery date, and no separate confidentiality agreement. Submit only feedback you have the right to provide; do not include confidential information, client artwork or third-party material. This permission does not cover uploaded project files, client review comments or approval records, and does not waive mandatory rights.

The product-feedback form asks for this permission separately before sending and records its version and agreement time. It applies to new submissions accepted through that form; older submissions are not retroactively covered. Permission version: 2026-10-09-v1. This is separate from the limited operational permission for uploaded work.

11. Ending use and future payments

You may stop using the service or request deletion from your account page. Do Approve Me deletion does not automatically delete your Funtoolio sign-in account or another app’s records. Account deletion closes product access immediately, with seven days to recover before permanent cleanup. Product feedback is removed with permanent account deletion.

The current public offer is free and requires no card. Advertised future pricing is not a current purchase or subscription. Billing and checkout are currently unavailable. Before real payment is enabled, purchase-specific terms must explain the total price and taxes, billing period, cancellation, expiry, applicable withdrawal and refund rights, and any notice of changes. Free or low-cost pricing does not remove mandatory rights or create a promise of personal support.

12. Privacy, changes and contact

Account information, files, comments and review records are used to operate the service. Published work and review comments are visible to the designer and holders of a live review link. Full privacy information and a monitored essential-contact channel must be completed before public launch. Material changes to final terms should be communicated with an appropriate effective date and legally required notice; posting this draft alone does not establish assent to future terms.

Privacy, security, abuse and legal requests are separate from optional routine support. Routine support is not guaranteed. These draft terms are not a claim that every visitor or existing account has accepted a finalized contract.
